By attending the DonorDirect Client Conference I acknowledge and agree to grant Ministry Brands Holdings, LLC or one of its affiliates the right to record, film, photograph, or capture my likeness (collectively, "Recordings") in any media now or in the future, and to distribute, broadcast, use and/or disseminate in perpetuity without any further approval or payment. This grant to Ministry Brands includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit the Recordings, the right to use the Recordings alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use and/or disseminate the Recordings. I hereby waive and release any and all rights of privacy and publicity, and any and all claims to compensation or damages or of violation of intellectual property rights, in connection with the use of the Recordings.

BY CLICKING "Submit Registration", YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE MEDIA RELEASE, you acknowledge that you are registering all parties listed above for this event, that you understand and accept the cancellation terms below, and that the total amount due will be invoiced and sent to the billing contact on file for your organization. Full payment for all conference registrations must be received prior to the event.
